Born and raised on the Central Coast, Perry began his career in 2015 as an engineering and surveying technician for GTA. His time on the survey team began his introduction to land development from the construction side of things where he gained experience while construction staking multiple subdivisions. This was key to expediting his knowledge of Civil Engineering, by allowing him to learn from contractors and surveyors while being under the wings of GTA’s experienced engineering staff. As he became more involved in engineering and procured his professional engineers license, he began to forge his place within GTA’s Engineering team. Perry looks forward to GTA’s continuing role in development of the Central Coast. Outside of work Perry is an avid sports fan and loves to explore the outdoors.
